Why Your Support Matters

Unlike many large events, the Yarmouth Clam Festival receives no gate fees, public grants, or charitable donations. It is organized by the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit, and funded through sponsorships, vendor and crafter fees. With rising operational costs, your support plays a direct role in making this beloved festival possible, and we can work with you to create a custom package that meets your goals and budget.

More Than a Festival: Supporting Our Local Non-Profits

Beyond being a weekend of free entertainment, delicious food and fun, the Yarmouth Clam Festival is a major driver of economic community support, as more than 30 local nonprofits rely on festival proceeds to sustain their programming.

Yarmouth teams and boosters use festival funds to make participation more accessible for families – covering the costs for ice time, tickets, equipment, uniforms, instruments, special trips and much more.
Organizations like Downeasters Barbershop Chorus and Yarmouth Lions provide financial assistance to dozens of local organizations, groups, and neighbors in need.
In 2024, First Parish Church reinvested$47,000 their festival earnings back into the community through their Community Grant program, funding a wide range initiatives for 23 organizations.
